My style of therapy is cognitive-behavioral which means we work together to first understand your therapeutic goals and then to identify what behaviors and thought processes are getting in the way of your personal and professional goals for your life. The process is a collaborative one in which the therapist assists the client with education, coaching and insights in order to provide the tools you need to make the changes you want in your life. Sometimes therapy is not all about change, but about accepting aspects of life that you cannot change. It is important to stay mindful of what one can change and what one must accept.
I invite you to read more about my work on the sub-menus of this page.
